REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- Consumer Law We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and under other consumer laws applying in each State and Territory, you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:
- the goods are faulty
- the goods are wrongly described
- the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
- the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
- Please note that goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. If the probelm is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaird in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Under certain circumstances we may also offer a Store Credit to the value of the returned item/s. Please remember to keep your proof of purchase - i.e. your receipt.
- Please note: Due to the manufacturing circumstances of our furniture products, with all of our furniture handmade, there may be variances in colour, grain and pattern when comparing the images on our website to that of the actual product. Each of our items is completely unique, and whilst we offer pieces that have been finished with the same stain/whitewash, there may still be slight differences in shade due to the natural colouring of the wood used. Lighting and photographic circumstances may also have an effect on item colour, however we do strive to provide the most accurate depiction of our products throughout our website and social media accounts.
